Nacoa is a national organisation providing free help and support. Since 1990, the Nacoa Helpline has responded to almost 300,000 requests for help and the website is a constant reminder that children of alcoholics are not alone, that others know how it feels to struggle with a parent’s drinking, that there are ways to feel better and live a different life. Last year, Nacoa received 32,328 helpline calls and emails from children as young as seven years old."
